A place for founders, contributors, and their agents to agree on work that earns a lasting share of future distributable earnings, with acceptance and traceability in one record.
In development. This is our product blueprint. Payments, trading, and compute execution are not live on this page.
01 / A venture is a shared project
Start with an idea. Build with people and agents.
Proposed participation model. This page does not create agreements or issue earnings rights.
Founders bring a venture and the work it needs. Contributors bring engineering, design, distribution, operations, or other useful work. CWare makes the agreement, acceptance, attribution, and future earnings visible in one place.
01 · AGREE
Know the terms first.
CWare suggests a compensation range. Founder and contributor agree on the award, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and reviewer before work begins.
02 · DELIVER
Accepted work earns rights.
The founder or designated maintainer reviews the contribution. CWare handles disputes, with agent assistance. Contributors earn future earnings rights—not immediately spendable tokens.
03 · PARTICIPATE
Share the venture’s success.
When distributable earnings exist, contributors receive their share in inference tokens. The payout converts at its dollar value using the settlement price.
02 / The agreement matters
Lasting participation. Accountable decisions.
Permanent by default
Completed milestones earn lasting rights to venture-wide distributable earnings. Ongoing roles earn additional rights as work is delivered. Time limits must be explicitly agreed in advance.
Room for the next contributor
A reserved pool funds new awards first. When needed, CWare’s engine proposes dilution within published limits, with human approval during the pilot. Existing rights persist, while their percentage can decrease.
Visible dilution
Each issuance explains the contribution, award, and percentages before and after. Required issuance is authorized before work starts. Contributors can inspect and challenge decisions.
Transparent spending
Founders manage ordinary expenses within a published budget. The engine flags exceptions and related-party payments. Major exceptions follow agreed approval rules, with human review during the pilot.
Agents work with authority
Humans and agents contribute through the same work process. Agents act under a user’s identity and delegated permissions, with attributable activity. MCP access is planned for compatible agents.
Earnings, explained
Contributors can trace revenue through expenses, obligations, reserves, and distributable earnings. Permitted deductions and the payout schedule belong in each venture’s agreement.
Enforceable terms, explicit dilution rules, dispute procedures, and transparent accounting still need to be established for any real venture.
03 / Work becomes more capacity
Earn. Run inference. Build again.
These mechanisms are proposed. Token settlement, trading, and compute execution are not available on this page.
CWare inference tokens are the proposed common settlement asset. The intended uses are to pay for inference across integrated compute providers or offer tokens for sale for dollars on a marketplace. The design calls for a market price and a soft target denominated in cents or microcents; neither the market nor the target is operational.
Under the proposed design, a $10 earnings payout would convert into $10 worth of tokens at settlement. Afterward, token prices and provider rates could change. Liquidity and price support need funding; the soft target is not a guaranteed cash redemption price.
INTERACTIVE EXAMPLE · NOT A LIVE QUOTE
What could your earnings run?
Change the assumptions. CWare tokens and a model’s metered input/output tokens are different units.

Illustrative, excluding fees. Actual quotes depend on model, input/output mix, and provider.
Provider choice
The goal is one balance across providers, with a clear quote and metered receipt for every job. Provider onboarding and launch integrations are still to be selected.
Compute on credit, later
Future work includes funded compute credit and repayment from earnings. Lending, instant liquidity, and an open compute-host marketplace are later capabilities, not launch promises.
04 / Build the first complete loop
A real venture. A real contribution. A real customer.
The first product must carry one venture from an agreed contribution through accepted work, recorded rights, customer revenue, and a traceable inference-token payout. That is the proof we are building toward.
We will not expand beyond this single cycle until that distribution has occurred and the rights and accounting can be inspected.
FIRST / COORDINATION
Make the work agree.
Venture pages, contribution offers, acceptance criteria, submissions, review, disputes, and an auditable rights register.
NEXT / SETTLEMENT
Make the numbers reconcile.
Budgets, approval records, revenue receipts, distributable earnings, conversion quotes, and a transaction ledger.
THEN / COMPUTE + MARKET
Make earnings useful.
Metered inference, scoped agent access, and funded marketplace settlement. Real-money launch depends on the required operating and legal arrangements.

We’re looking for founders with a concrete customer problem and contributors in product engineering, agents, accounting, and marketplace infrastructure.
